Hiring Requirements

Candidates may be required to meet the following requirements:

Relevant education, training, or professional experience related to the position

A clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check

Valid certifications where applicable (such as First Aid/CPR or other role-specific training)

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

A commitment to respecting diversity, inclusion, and the rights of all individuals

The ability to follow health and safety policies and organizational procedures

Legal authorization to work in Canada

Volunteer Opportunities
We offer a variety of volunteer roles based on your interests and availability:
1. Program Support Volunteer
Assist with recreational, educational, and skill-building activities for individuals with developmental disabilities.
2. Community Outreach Volunteer
Help organize awareness campaigns, events, and community engagement initiatives.
3. Administrative Volunteer
Support with office tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and coordination.
4. Event & Recreation Volunteer
Assist in planning and facilitating inclusive social and recreational programs.
5. Fundraising & Media Volunteer
Help with fundraising campaigns, social media, and content creation.
